What is your first memory related to fashion?

My first fashion-related memory must be when I was about 4 years old. I had a floral skirt that I loved SO much - I just refused to take it off. I wore it everywhere! One day this skirt didn't fit me anymore and I cried so much.. I remember how I felt when I wore it and it makes me so happy. I actually think I kept it somewhere.

What does being vegan mean to you?

For me, being vegan means opening your eyes, heart and soul and care about others. Being vegan is about compassion, not only for animals, but for everyone.

It's actually amazing how veganism can change how you look at things and make you be even more aware. I think we were all born with a vegan heart. For example, I'm sure that If you ask a child if he would want to hurt or eat an animal -  he'll start crying and say never, because we know they are our friends.

Somehow our society made us repress those feelings of empathy. Being vegan makes you accept your feelings and emotions - not Ignore them. It can make you feel happier, knowing you're doing something good.

But being vegan can be hard. Not because of the food or clothes, but because you need to live with the fact that animals are suffering and you cannot save them all.

Being vegan means understanding you are not perfect and trying to become better version of yourself, every single day. Being vegan means you're doing as much as you can to hurt less.

How did you start your vegan journey, and at what point did you decide that your fashion choices should be vegan too?

I started my vegan journey in 2013. It took a few hours, after watching the movie Earthlings and a lecture by Gary Yourofsky.

I couldn't stop crying for hours, felt so ashamed of myself and of this world and could not believe that this is what people do to animals.

Since that day I did not eat, wear or support animal cruelty. I got rid of all my non-vegan clothes and cosmetics and did not buy anything that was not vegan.

What are some simple, practical tips you have for women who want to dress more ethically?

I'm not an Ethical-fashion expert. I mean I don't wear or buy non-vegan clothing but I do buy things from H&M. But In the last few months I became more aware and am trying to support more substantial brands.

But if we're talking about vegan clothing, just remember we can find vegan clothes EVERYWHERE. They are available for everyone and it is so simple to find them - you just always need to check labels carefully. If you want to dress more ethically, in a way that you don't want to wear animal-derived materials, my best advice would be to always remember nothing is more important than others lives. Not food, not shoes, not fashion. You are what you wear, right?

I won't want to wear my animals and support cruelty. There are so many vegan options out there, you just need to get out and explore.

Any simple styling tips for our audience?

Just be who you are, dress what you want without hurting others in the way!

If you need inspiration and not sure what is your style, explore! There are so many amazing fashion bloggers out there. Find 3 you like and think what you like about their outfits or style. Save the outfits you like in your phone or email.

Ask yourself: Are there any similarities between those bloggers or items that you see over and over again? Make a list, go to your wardrobe and see if you own similar items. Add your personal touch and don't try to copy them.

After a while I'm sure you'll know what you like and what you don't like. And don't wear something if you don't like it, or if it makes you feel bad.

Oh, and if you have any questions, I would like to try and help you out!

What are your favorite European Vegan brands?

I cannot choose! There aware so many amazing vegan brands out there and I'm always so happy to discover more.

Do you have role models? Who is it/are they and why?

This entire world is my role model. I'm learning so many things from so many people and experiences that I've had. Life isn't easy, and I had so many hard times in the past. I've learned so many lessons during the years and have heard so many amazing stories from others. I'm always willing to learn more - it's so fun, and so meaningful.

All we really have to do is to listen. You can learn something new from everyone you meet. Listen to what they have to say, every single being has something to say. Just listen.

What is your vision/next big step in your business (as a fashion blogger)?

I wish my blog will be my job. This is my dream and hopefully I will get there one day. I do what I can in order to make this dream come alive, and hopefully in a few years I will read this interview and have a huge smile on my face, even bigger that it is now.

What do you do apart from blogging?

I'm working as a fashion consultant in a fashion retailer and dreaming big. I used to be a heavy-duty animal-rights activist in the past for 2 whole years and it was pretty tough and hard for me emotionally, so I stepped back and am doing the best I can to inspire people with my blog.
